Sacred Compass Journey is a Regina wellness center offering a variety of holistic modalities such as sound therapy, energy healing, plant medicines, coaching and speaking.

We acknowledge that we are serving on treaty land, known as Treaty 4 Territory and that the City of Regina and all the people here are beneficiaries of this treaty. Treaty 4 encompasses the lands of the Cree, Saulteaux (SO-TOE), Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and the homeland of the Métis Nation. We respect and honour the Treaties that were made on all territories, we acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and we are committed to move forward in partnership with Indigenous Nations in the spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
Sundance and Karen led an incredible ceremony for my partner and I. The space was beautiful and the energy shared was powerful. My partner and I came out of the ceremony feeling more connected as a couple. Individually, we left feeling more in tune with our souls.
