I’ve attended a few sacred sound healing events with Sundance and Karen. They both have such a calm welcoming energy. You can feel their passion for sound and helping others when you attend. I am so grateful to have met these beautiful souls. The actual sound ceremonies are amazing. Sometimes we are holding onto emotions and energies that we don’t even realize and the sound helps to release that. I always feel like I’m on a natural high every time I leave. I can’t wait to attend more sessions in the future!

Sundance and Karen lead an incredible ceremony for my partner and I. The space was beautiful and the energy shared was powerful. My partner and I came out of the ceremony feeling more connected as a couple. Individually, we left feeling more in tune with our souls. We are both grateful to have shared such sacred space with these divine spirits. Looking forward to intersecting paths again through more ceremonies to come.

This was my first time to a gong bath ceremony. Wasn’t sure what to expect but my fiancé has taken them in before so I knew it was going to be an amazing experience. Just listening to Karen and Sundance getting everyone “prepped” before the ceremony began, I could tell in their voices that they LOVE doing this work. Right then it just reassured me that it would be a memorable and beneficial time. I actually shed a couple tears just listening to Sundance talk. Everything was perfect. The setting was awesome. The structure of the ceremony was great. But the gong bath and crystal bowls are truly mind-blowing. I had no idea that was possible. Before we started Sundance said “you’ll feel a shift”. Well, that shift hit me near the end.
About halfway thru the 2nd sound injection, with my eyes closed, it just felt like the sun came out from behind the clouds. From dark to light. Major bliss moment. The entire time I felt very relaxed and peaceful....but that moment was like a light switch turned on. I just felt very grateful and stress-free. Somehow I just know the next one will be even more enjoyable and beneficial. Karen and Sundance are the kind of people that when you meet them, you just know they are extremely special, talented, and very caring, kind souls. Can’t wait to do it again!!

Experienced my first gong bath ceremony this weekend facilitated by Sacred Compass Healing. I’m not even sure how to describe it in words but the closest I can come is before the event I was in a funk that I couldn’t explain and couldn’t work out of and after this amazing experience I felt like I found myself again. I feel an internal peace and connection that I haven’t felt in awhile. It was like 10 years of therapy all in one incredible experience. Sundance and Karen have a beautiful energy that they lovingly share with the group, making you feel safe and understood.

I did my very first EVER gong bath ceremony in Fillmore on Saturday. I have heard of them before, wondered what they were all about, and when you first said you would be coming to do one there (about 2 months ago) I just KNEW I had to be a part of it! I instantly said I was going and couldn’t wait until the day arrived!!😊 You didn’t disappoint!
I went into it with no expectations whatsoever and just told myself to let go and “feel” whatever happens! IT WAS AMAZING!!! I am officially “hooked” and can’t wait for the next one!!😊😊 I am loving my journey of opening up spiritually and have experienced so much in the past couple of years and this is the icing on the cake!
Both Sundance and Karen are beautiful souls and the energy around them is so positive!
